High tenacity super low shrinkage polyester industrial yarn has high tenacity, low shrinkage, large elongation, good heat stability, stable chemical properties and good stability uniformity. For super low shrinkage industrial polyester yarn, it has the characteristics of low hot air shrinkage and good dimensional stability, and is widely used in filter cloth, coated fabric, hose and conveyor belt weft.

It is characterized by lower hot air shrinkage. At 177degree centigrade, 10min, 0.05cN/Dtex, the hot air shrinkage is about 2 percent to 3 percent. The elongation at break is about 21 percent to 22 percent and the breaking strength is above 6.90cN/Dtex. Our current specification is 500D to 2000D.

Applications

High tenacity super low shrinkage yarn is mainly used for processing canvas, canopy cloth, tent cloth, waterproof cloth, filter material, sunshade cloth/umbrella, light box and advertising cloth, conveyor belt weft, high temperature resistant fabric, membrane structure materials, construction textiles, artificial leather / board reinforcement materials, PVC coating/base cloth reinforcement materials, etc.

Storage and Transportation

Export in film jumbo or carton packing, normally filled up with containers.
