Colored polyester yarn is produced by a series of processes such as pre-crystallization, solid phase polymerization reaction, screw melt extrusion, spinning, cooling molding, oiling, pre-networking, stretching, mainly networking, winding drop cylinder and so on. Colored polyester yarn can provide types like high tenacity regular shrinkage, high tenacity low shrinkage and high tenacity flame retardant, its linear density range is 210D ~ 5000D, and the linear density of colored multi-ply yarn is up to 60000D, the twists range of it is 60 ~ 150 TPM.
