On 15 April, the Suqian City Federation of Trade Unions published the results of the 2022 Suqian City Workers’ Pioneer and the Filament Inspection Workshop of Jiangsu Deli Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd made it to the list. 

The filament inspection workshop of Jiangsu Deli Chemical Fiber comprises 121 staff where the average age of each staff is 36 years old. Since its establishment, the workshop has been committed to improve the company’s product quality standards, deepen product quality awareness and has since generated impressive results. Many products have obtained national inspection-free certification. The workshop has also been accorded the “Group Party Member Model Unit” title.  

In recent years, the workshop has put innovation to use in quality concepts and inspection methods, from full inspection of products, sampling, provision of inspection data to feedback of product quality information and so on, abiding by the national standards for quality systems and customer-centricity service. The staff also worked hard to achieve excellent performance.

Moving forward, Deli Chemical Fiber will continue to inspire everyone in the organization and develop a new chapter of high-quality development in Hengli Group.
